Idaho

Dani and I made the long trip to Idaho. It was so good to spend time with the ones we love.We visited my parents and it was great to enjoy their company. It was so relaxing. We just visited and hung out at their home. Dad gave me three cd's of family pictures that he has scanned into his computer. What a treasure and most definitely the best gift ever. Mom spent time showing me her quilts. They are beautiful beyond belief. The colors, patterns, workmanship are amazing.

Dani was with me some of the time then she went to Aunt Lynn's to hang out with Seth and Mallory. I know they ate, got stuck in sand, went shooting, and then I stopped asking. I loved seeing Lynn's family they are happy and getting bigger (as in new babies!).

Troy and Connie were the planners. They planned a picnic at a beautiful park and a night at the Shakespeare Festival which we LOVED. Taylor, Dylan and I had a fierce Olympic competition on Wii. Dylan was the ultimate athlete and Taylor wasn't far behind. They were both so kind to their goofy Aunt Lisa. Rosie was gracious enough to lend me her room and comfy bed and keep the conversation going. Lauren was as loud and wild as always (love ya!). David introduced us to Moses and his mad doggy skills. Jill worked and did homework like nobody's business (you go girl).

The ride home was much easier for me than the trip up. I knew where I was going and didn't get lost. The best part was that man o'mine at home missing me like crazy and taking good care of me when I got home and had swollen ankles, numb rear end, and kinks in my back from sitting in a car for 13 hours.

Did I mention that this will be the last time I drive to Idaho? I am now a fan of flying.

How fun it is to see the family! Your Mom is gorgeous as always, when I grow up I want to be just like her.
In two weeks I will be making the drive to Ea. Idaho. Ugh not looking forward to the hours of Nevada and brown. But excited to see my family.
I am glad you had a great time.
